The pre-bid meeting of the Tender for Empanelment of Vendors for supply of Stationery items and Printing material for RBI offices located in Mumbai Region - May 15, 2026 to March 31, 2029 was held on April 23, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. The meeting was conducted offline at the Bank’s premises and was attended by five representatives from five vendors. Smt Pallavi Chopra, AGM, presided over the meeting. The list of participants is given in Annexure I. 2. At the onset of the meeting, AGM welcomed the participants and invited queries, if any, from the participants regarding the tender. 3. The queries put forth by the vendors and the clarification provided there on is tabulated below: | Sl. No. | Queries | Clarification | | i. | Whether the turnover amount mentioned in eligibility criteria shall be for each individual year or average of past three years? | The turnover amount shall be for the three individual years i.e., for FY 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. | | ii. | Whether turnover criteria prescribed can be relaxed for MSME vendors? | No | | iii. | Whether the solvency certificate submitted for rate contract of stationery items is accepted for this tender? | No | | iv. | Under para 3 in section IV, of the tender document, “The service providers will arrange to deliver the requirements within a maximum period of 10 (ten) days in case of printed items, whereas 5 days for others as per the Purchase Order (PO) placed by email or any other formal method.” In this regard, the vendors have expressed that it would be difficult for the printed items to be delivered within 10 days of receiving the order. Hence, requested to revise the maximum period up to 20 days. | It is clarified that, in case of printed items, the vendor has to deliver within a maximum period of 10 working days. | | v. | What is the timeline for submission of Invoices? | The bills may be submitted fortnightly. | | vi. | what is the value of PBG to be submitted after selection? | No PBG is required to be submitted for empanelment. | 4.
