Reserve Bank of India, Patna invites sealed tenders from experienced and licensed contractors/operators/vendors (a term which will be used interchangeably but will have the same meaning) having metal-bodied closed trucks which are Global positioning System (GPS) enabled for transportation of coins from RBI, Patna to currency chest bank branches at different places in Bihar and Jharkhand with carrier’s risk for a period of nine months, i.e. from October 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018, renewable for the next two years, one year at a time, at the Bank’s discretion.

Tender form can be obtained from the Deputy General Manager, Issue Department, Reserve Bank of India, South Gandhi Maidan, Patna – 8000001, during office working hours from 10.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M up to August 19, 2017 or may be downloaded from the RBI website (www.rbi.org.in under the menu “Tenders”). Last date for submission of duly filled in tender form is September 04, 2017 upto 1400 hrs.
