1) Sealed tenders are invited under two- bid system from reputed agencies/ companies for Management and Housekeeping (including catering) of Bank’s Visiting Officers Flats (four rooms with attached toilet, one room with sharing toilet, along with balcony and one drawing cum dining hall area between the rooms) at D-301 & D-304, Doon Trafalgar Apartments, near IT park, Dehradun for an initial period from (November 01st, 2017 to October 31st, 2018), which may be extended up to a further period of two years (One year at a time) subject to annual review by the Bank based on the satisfactory performance of the service provider/s.

2) The Bidder should have experience in the similar work in the Government Departments/ Public Sector (Central or State)/ reputed private sector companies/ Multinational Corporations/ Public or Private Sector banks/ Three-star and above category of hotels directly running their own kitchen and upkeep of the hotel for the last three consecutive years. The bidder has to submit the relevant work experience certificates of having successfully completed similar works/ contracts during the last three years.

3) The tender forms can be downloaded from the Bank’s website https://www.rbi.org.in under the link-Tenders.

4) Tender forms should be submitted with detailed information in writing along with supporting documents to satisfy the Bank about eligibility as specified in Part– I and Part – II of the tender. In case eligibility criteria are not fulfilled, the tender form will be rejected.

5) Tenders along with the Slip of Statement for the payment of EMD amount ₹ 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) which shall be paid through NEFT/ Net banking only to A/c No.186003001, IFSC Code:RBIS0DNPA01 to Reserve Bank of India, Dehradun along with the Part I (Techno Commercial Bid), shall be received in sealed cover addressed to General Manager(Officer-in-Charge), Reserve Bank of India, 3rd Floor, GMVN Building, 74/1 Rajpur Road, Dehradun up to 3:00 PM of October 09th, 2017. However, at any time prior to the last date for receipt of tender, RBI, Dehradun, may, for any reason, whether at its own initiative or in response to a clarification requested by a prospective tenderer, modify the tender document by an amendment. The amendment will be notified on RBI website https://www.rbi.org.in and shall be binding on the prospective tenderers. In order to afford prospective tenderers reasonable time to take amendment into account in preparing their bids, RBI, Dehradun, may at its discretion, extend the last date of submission of tender. No tender may be modified subsequent to the last date of submission of tender. No tender may be withdrawn in the interval between the last date for submission of tender and the expiry of the tender validity period specified by the tenderer in the tender. Withdrawal of the tender during the interval shall result in forfeiture of the EMD. The Part I of tender will be opened at 4 pm on October 09th, 2017 in the presence of the authorized representative of the tenderers, who wish to be present. The Part II of only those tenderers will be opened who are found eligible after the scrutiny of Part I. The date of opening of Part II will be intimated to the eligible tenderers. The authorized representatives of the tenderers may be present during the opening of Part II of the tender.

6) The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to accept either in full or in part any tender and to reject any tender without assigning any reason thereoff.
