Change in Pre Bid meeting

The Consumer Education and Protection Department (CEPD), Reserve Bank of India, Central Office, Mumbai, desires to implement a Complaint Management System (CMS) at an early date. For this purpose, it is proposed to invite bids from OEMs /System Integrators through the e-tendering route.

For the above CMS project, this is an advance intimation to all the prospective bidders to consider registering themselves on the MSTC website at http://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi/ which is the RBI’s designated portal for the e-tendering process. Those interested, may visit the MSTC website for details of the e-tendering process.

The Bank shall shortly announce the issue of tender on RBI website as also in few prominent newspapers and release the RFP on the MSTC portal.
