Extension of Time dated May 15, 2018 Reserve Bank of India, Raipur (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”) intends to empanel reputed and capable Car Hiring Agencies for the purpose of hiring cars on as and when required basis. The panel shall be in force for an initial period of one year from July 01, 2018 to June 30, 2019, which may be extended for a further period of two years or such other period as the Bank may consider necessary, subject to performance review. 2. The Tender Document can be purchased from Human Resource Management Department, Reserve Bank of India, Mahadev Ghat Road, Sundar Nagar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh (CG.) 492013 by payment of the Tender Document fee of Rs.590/- (Rupees Five Hundred Ninety only) (which includes Rs.500/- towards Tender Document Fee and Rs.90/- towards GST@18%), either through NEFT or in the form of Demand Draft or Pay Order of a scheduled bank in favour of “Reserve Bank of India, Raipur”, payable at Raipur. The Tender Document can also be downloaded from the Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in→Tenders. In case the Tender Document is downloaded from the website, the Tender Document fee of Rs.590/- shall be submitted along with the Tender through NEFT (acknowledgement) or in the form of Demand Draft or Pay Order of a scheduled bank in favour of “Reserve Bank of India, Raipur”, payable at Raipur along with Part-I of the Tender. The Tender Document fee is Non-Refundable. 3. The Tender shall be prepared in two parts and submitted separately in two sealed envelopes, clearly indicating on the envelopes "Part-I - Technical Bid" and "Part-II - Financial Bid", respectively. The envelopes shall be superscribed "Tender/Application for Empanelment of Car Hiring/Taxi Operator Agencies to Provide Vehicles on Hiring Basis to Reserve Bank of India, Raipur and addressed to The Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Mahadev Ghat Road, Sundar Nagar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, 492013. Both sealed envelopes should further be sealed in another envelope. 4. The Tenders may be submitted latest by 04.00 pm on May 14, 2018. Fax and E-mail, tenders will not be accepted. 5.
