Qualification Criteria:

The Bidder shall be a professional Contractor with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in providing in-house multi-cuisine catering (i.e., Veg, Non-Veg, South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, Continental, etc.) to training establishments of banks, Central Govt. Financial Institutions & Corporate houses. The time period of 5 years shall be reckoned as on May 01, 2018.

The Bidder shall have a minimum annual turnover of Rs 2 crore per year for the last three financial years (i.e. 2017-18, 2016-17 & 2015-16), with the annual turnover of single largest catering contract not less than Rs. 1 crore.

The bidder shall be based at Chennai or have a representative establishment at Chennai.

The bidder must not have been suspended / delisted / blacklisted by any organization including Reserve Bank Staff College, on any grounds.

The bidder shall have applicable and valid registrations with statutory authorities constituted for Labour Welfare and for other purposes such as ESI, EPF, PAN, GST, Licensing of Food Establishments, etc.
