Reserve Bank of India, Guwahati Regional Office (hereinafter called “the Bank”), invites E-tenders under Two – Bid system (Technical & Financial Bid) from reputed and experienced transport contractors (with at least 3 years experience) for transportation of coin bags from Reserve Bank of India to currency chests located in entire north eastern states from July 01, 2018 to June 30, 2019. The agreement shall be for a period of one year (July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019) and annually extendable up to two more years subject to mutual consent of both the parties and based on the performance of the service provider/s.

For the above provision, the tenderers should submit their proposal, as per the important instructions regarding E-Tender, along with all supporting documents complete in all respects on or before June 28, 2018 up to 12.00 p.m. Tenderers shall submit tender proposal along with refundable EMD of ₹1,00,000/-, complete in all respect as per the prescribed format. The technical bids will be opened electronically on June 29, 2018 at 11.00 am. In the event of any date indicated above being declared a Holiday, the next working day shall become operative for the respective purpose mentioned herein.
