The Reserve Bank of India intends to prepare a panel of reputed contractors valid for three years for undertaking Pest Control / Pesticide & Anti – Termite treatment works Up to Rs.10.00 lakh. The Contractors fulfilling the following pre-qualification criteria can collect application forms from Estate Department, RBI, Bangalore or downloaded from Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in

Pre-Qualification Criteria: The prequalification criteria for issue of applications are as under:

1) Past Experience: Should have minimum 5 years of experience of executing similar works (during last 5 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which applications are invited). Applicant should furnish their Client list showing the details of work carried out by them during the last 5 years. The list shall include details such as Name of the Client, Value of work executed, Date of Start and Finish of the work, Reasons of delay, if any etc. The Applicant should submit documentary evidence in support of minimum experience of 5 years.

2) Minimum value of each completed work (qualifying): Experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 5 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which the applications are invited should be either of the following:

(Copy of work orders, Completion certificates to be enclosed)

a) Three similar completed works costing not less than 4.00 lakh each. Or

b) Two similar completed works costing not less than 5.00 lakh each. Or

c) One similar completed work costing not less than 10.00 lakh.

3. Application forms & Date of availability and last date of submission: Application forms to the eligible persons / firms will be issued free of cost by AGM, Estate Department, RBI, Bangalore -560 001 from 26th July 2018 to 24th August, 2018 on working days (Monday to Friday) between 11.00 AM to 4.30 PM. Application Form can also be downloaded from Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in. In case of downloaded documents, the Bank reserves the right to reject the application form which does not meet the eligibility criteria. The application, duly filled in and with the relevant particulars, as per the prescribed format shall be submitted in duplicate in a sealed envelope super scribed as “Application for empanelment of Contractors / service providers for pest control works” on the cover and addressed to “The Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Estate Department, Bangalore – 560 001”, not later than 4.00 pm on August 31, 2018 Contractors already empanelled and those whose earlier applications have not been considered favorably are required to submit fresh applications.
