2. M/s Chhotalal & Co. i) Should solvency certificate be submitted for amount of Rs. 320.50 lakh i.e. estimated cost of work?


ii) Time limit of 18 months is less




iii) Few labourers shall be allowed to stay overnight at site till completion of work.
Should furnish solvency certificate issued by the bidder’s banker specifically for the purpose of work for an amount of 320.50 lakh.

Yes. The bidders are required to submit Solvency Certificate for an amount of Rs. 320.50 Lakh as stipulated in the tender.

The time limit of 18 months has been decided taking into account that the work will be done in four phases. At any time, at least one block will be available for work.

It was clarified that since the site is an occupied premises, labourers will not be allowed to stay due to security concerns.
