Minutes of the pre-bid meeting - Acquire office space on lease admeasuring with minimum carpet area of 15000 sq. ft. in South Mumbai area

Corrigendum

The pre-bid meeting pertaining to captioned request for proposal (RFP) was commenced at 3:00 PM on August 28, 2019 as indicated in the schedule of tender. The meeting was held in the conference room of Premises Department on 5th Floor of Central Office Building

2. Queries raised during the meeting and their clarification is given in following table -

S. No. Query Clarification
1 Whether Integrity Pact is to be signed and sent by the bidder? All bidders have to sign and send a copy of the pre-contract integrity pact with the technical bid.
2 Whether annexures are required on the letter head? All annexures, except Annexure E for pre-contract integrity pact, has to be on the letter head.
3 Whether any specification for ceiling height of property? No such criteria has been prescribed, however Bank will consider the suitability of property during the technical evaluation.
4 Whether multiple bids allowed from same bidder? Please refer the corrigendum issued in this regard.
5 Clarification regarding the validity of structural stability report. Please refer the corrigendum issued in this regard.
6 Clarification sought on the Security Deposit for lease. Please refer the corrigendum issued in this regard.
7 Bidding by authorized representative Authorized agents may bid on behalf of owner/s, only upon submitting a consent letter from the owner of the property to this effect.
8 Whether Bank will sign a Lease agreement or Leave and License agreement with the successful bidder. As indicated in the RFP, Bank will sign a lease agreement with the successful bidder.

3. The minutes will also form part of the contract.
