Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting Corrigendum e-Tender no. RBI/Dehradun/HRMD/34/22-23/ET/241 Reserve Bank of India, Dehradun (hereinafter called “the Bank” / “Reserve Bank” / “RBI”), invites e-tenders under Two-Cover Bid (Technical & Financial Bid) for Appointment of Concurrent Auditors for the year 2022-23 w.e.f. October 01, 2022 to September 30, 2023 for Reserve Bank of India, Dehradun. The appointment of the Concurrent Auditors (CAs) shall be for a period of one year initially i.e. from October 2022 to September 2023. Subsequently the same may be renewed for second and third year on same terms and conditions subject to annual review of the CAs performance by the Bank. The Tender process will be executed through the e-Tendering portal of MSTC Ltd. (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi). Interested bidder must register themselves with MSTC Ltd. through the aforementioned website to participate in the tendering process. The applicants should submit their proposal, as per the instructions regarding e-Tender, along with all supporting documents complete in all respects as per the prescribed format on or before 1400 hrs on 22/08/2022. The Part-I (Technical Bid) will be opened electronically on 22/08/2022 at 1500 hrs. In the event of any date indicated above being declared a Holiday, the next working day shall become operative for the respective purpose mentioned herein. Any amendment(s) / corrigendum / clarifications with respect to this tender shall be uploaded on the website / e-portal only.
