Shri Pankaj Choudhary, Assistant Manager, HRMD The meeting was conducted to brief the bidders about the tender conditions, clarify any queries thereof and to sensitize them about how to submit e-Tenders on RBI portal of MSTC website. Further to the discussions held with the tenderers, clarifications arrived thereof are indicated as under: | Sl. The vendors were advised to refer Section V-Detailed scope of work and Appendix A, B & C of the tender document. | | 4. | Whether all the required documents are to be submitted on the MSTC portal. | Yes. However, the client’s certificates and the banker’s certificate have to be submitted physically to the Bank as indicated in Annex-II & III | | 5. | Whether EMD is mandatory | Yes | 3. The interested bidders were also advised to undertake site visit with prior permission before submitting their bid on MSTC portal. 4.
