E-Tender is invited for the Display of Financial Literacy Messages in Metros and Buses for Financial Literacy Week 2023

1. The date for Display of Financial Literacy Messages in Metros and Buses fixed on February 14, 2023. The estimated cost of the work is ₹13.45 lakh.

2. The Press Estimates/Quotations are invited only from the empaneled advertising agencies.

3. The display specifications are given as under:

• One Metro train (Exterior rake) for 3 months – Kolkata Metro

• Bus back Panel (Size 6ft x 3ft) for 100 buses for 2 months

• Hue – Colour Print

4. The interested agency is requested to quote the price including applicable taxes.

5. In the event of intending Tenderer’s failure to satisfy the Bank; the Bank reserves the right to refuse issuance of Tender forms / documents to them.

6. E-Tender documents for Press Estimates/Quotations will be available at MSTC website i.e., www.mstcecommerce.com on January 31, 2023 at 15:00 Hrs. This e-Tender needs to be mandatorily filled up / online submission through MSTC website i.e., www.mstcecommerce.com. Deadline for filing up and submitting the e-Tender is 15:00 Hrs. on February 7, 2023. The e-Tender will be opened at 16:00 Hrs. February 7, 2023. Detailed guideline on the process to submit e-Tender by the vendors have been mentioned in Annexure 1 following the Schedule of Tender (SOT).

7. Filled and signed Tender documents in prescribed form shall be uploaded on MSTC website.

8. The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest e-Tender and reserves the right to accept either in full or in part any e-Tender. The Bank also reserves the right to reject all the e-Tenders without assigning any reason there for. The payment will be made to the successful agency after deduction of all applicable taxes.
