Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting The Reserve Bank of India, Lucknow (hereinafter called as “the Bank”) invites e-tender under two bid system (Technical & Financial Bid) for “Supply of sufficient number of adult and able-bodied labourers for handling of coin bags and note boxes”. The contract shall be for a period of one year (April 01 2023 to March 31, 2024) which may be extended by the Bank at its requirement and option for a further period of two years, one year each at a time with/without any variation in the terms and conditions and also subject to annual review by the Bank based on the performance of the service provider/s. The estimated cost of the work works out to ₹15.00 lakhs per annum (approx.), however the actual amount may vary. 2. For the above work, the tenderer should submit their proposal through e-tendering portal (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi), along with all supporting documents, complete in all respects, on or before February 23, 2023 at 12.00 noon. The technical bids (Part-I) will be opened electronically on February 23, 2023 at 03.30PM. The financial bids (Part II) will be opened in respect of only those contractors/bidders who satisfies all criteria stipulated in Part-I. 3. In the event of any date indicated above being declared a Holiday, the next working day shall become operative for the respective purpose mentioned therein. Further, information regarding EMD, Estimated cost of work etc. are mentioned in the Tender document which can be downloaded from website www.rbi.org.in and https://www.mstcecommerce.com. 4.
