Assistant Manager (Technical-Electrical) & Junior Engineer (Technical-Electrical) explained in detail relevant technical aspects of the work as mentioned in tender document. Further, participating firms were asked to raise their doubts or queries, if any, regarding terms and conditions of the tender work. 4. 2) Firm has queried regarding distance of Remote Indication Panel from location of UPS system. | 1) As specified in the tender, back-up of 30 minutes is to be provided at 100% load (unity power factor) and the same will be tested by Bank’s Engineer/s during factory inspection of the UPS. Delivery of at least one set of battery bank for 20 KVA and 120 KVA respectively is to be arranged for the same at factory.
2) Approximate distance of remote indication panel from location of UPS system is upto 100 mtr as per tender specification. Technical team of the Estate Dept. has accompanied all the participating firms to the actual site location to enable them to ascertain approx. distance of remote indication panel from location of UPS. | 5. The intending participants were advised that no deviation in commercial terms and conditions will be accepted by the Bank and all other technical specifications will be strictly adhered to as per tender. Henceforth, this document of the pre-bid meeting shall form a part of the tender and shall be duly signed and stamped by the bidder. Further, copy of the same must be uploaded along with Part-I of the tender. Any bid received without signature and stamped copy of this document is liable to be rejected.
