Commercial conditions: 2.1. Sealed Quotations (Two part) are invited for Supply, installation, Testing and Commissioning of Motorized Sliding Gate and Manual Wicket Gate (Gate No.2) at MOP, RBI Lucknow for an estimated cost of ₹4,90,000.00 from eligible firms. 2.1.2. Eligibility Criteria: I. Only those bidders/vendors who are qualified for the work as per pre-qualification criteria stipulated in the tender are eligible to participate in this tender. Bidders are advised to submit the documents in support of their eligibility for the tender during the submission. II. Sealed tenders in two part are invited for “Supply, installation, Testing and Commissioning of Motorized Sliding Gate and Manual Wicket Gate at Main Office Building, RBI Lucknow. The work is estimated to cost ₹4.9 lakhs and is to be completed within 45 days from the 10th day of issue of work order. The firms interested to participate may visit to Estate department, RBI Lucknow and collect the Tender forms after submission of the eligibility documents. III. Pre-Qualification Criteria: The firms which do not comply with the following pre-qualification criteria and do not submit EMD will not be considered for opening of their tender Part-II. i. The intending tenderers must have minimum 5 years of experience in carrying out Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of Sliding gate mechanism for large office building/ commercial premises/ industrial houses / Government Organisations/ PSU, ending June 30, 2023. ii. The intending tenderers must have executed successfully similar works as mentioned above, during last five years, i.e after June 30, 2018, should be either of the following. a. Three works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost. or b. Two works each costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost. or c. One work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost. iii. The firm should have its registered office or one of its local office at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The Eligible firms may collect the Tender documents from Estate Department, Reserve Bank of India, 8-9, Vipin Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow (U. P.) – 226010 on Working days from Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM. |
