Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting (Ref No: RBI/Kolkata Regional Office/HRMD/1/23-24/ET/50) Reserve Bank of India, Kolkata, (hereinafter called “the Bank”), invites e-tenders under Two – Bid system (Technical & Financial Bid) for the empanelment of suppliers/ chemists / druggists (hereinafter refer to a Chemists for brevity) and contract for the Supply of medicines on Credit Slips Issued by Dispensaries of Reserve Bank of India, Kolkata. The empanelment panel shall be for a period of three (3) years i.e. December 01, 2023 – November 30, 2026, however, the contract shall be for a period of one year from December 1, 2023 to November 30, 2024. The contract may be terminated by giving three months’ notice period by the either side. 2. The Tender process will be executed through the e-Tendering portal of MSTC Ltd. Interested tenderers must register themselves with website of MSTC Ltd to participate in the tendering process. The tenderers shall submit their proposal, as per the instructions regarding e-Tender, along with all supporting documents complete in all respects on or before October 5, 2023 up to 11:00 PM. Tenders submitted only through the portal, will be accepted for the captioned process. Tenders, if received (in any mode) after the said date and time, will not be accepted by the Bank. The tenderers shall remit refundable EMD of ₹1.54 lakhs. The technical bids will be opened electronically on October 6, 2023 at 03:00 PM in the presence of the prospective bidders. In the event of tender opening date indicated above being declared a holiday, tender shall be opened on the next working day. 3. Any amendment / corrigendum / clarification with respect to this tender shall be uploaded on the website /MSTC e-portal only and will not be published in the newspaper.
