An offline pre-bid meeting was held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, October 06, 2023 on the captioned subject.
(c) Queries raised by the prospective bidders and the clarifications given by the Bank’s officials are as follows:

1. All the bidders were advised to visit the site before bidding for better understanding of the works to be executed.
2. The intending bidders were advised that no deviation in commercial terms and conditions shall be accepted by the Bank and all other technical specifications shall be strictly adhered to as per tender.
3. This document shall form part of the tender document and the same shall be signed and submitted along with the tender by the bidders.
The meeting was concluded with a vote of thanks to the participants.
