Extension of Last Date of Submission dated December 06, 2023 Extension of Last Date of Submission dated November 18, 2023 Extension of Last Date of Submission dated November 08, 2023 e-tender no: RBI/Guwahati/Estate/7/23-24/ET/75 The Pre-bid meeting for the captioned tender was held on October 25, 2023 at 11:00 AM at 4th Floor, Estate Department, RBI Main Office Building, Guwahati. The meeting was chaired by Shri Bhaskar Phukan (Assistant Manager- Tech, Electrical). 2. The list of Bank Officials and the representatives of who attended the meeting are attached in the Annexure. 3. At the outset, the Chairman welcomed the participants and advised them to put forth their doubts / queries, if any. He explained various aspects of the tender and Bank’s requirements, which needed to be taken care of in bid submission. 4. In this regard, no query had been raised by the firm during the meeting. 5. All vendors are advised to do a site visit to acquaint themselves with the requirements of the Bank. It was reiterated that this is supplementary to the tender document and will form part of the tender. 6. Rest of the terms, conditions and specifications of the Tender document shall continue to remain same. Submission of bids shall be construed to be in conformity to the Tender document and clarifications.
