Corrigendum Minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting Reserve Bank Staff College, Chennai invites E-Tenders from the eligible empanelled contractors of the Reserve Bank of India, Chennai for the work of “Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 30 numbers of Split ACs at the Reserve Bank Staff College, Chennai”. E-Tenders comprising duly filled in details of both Part - I and Part - II specifications of the tender should be uploaded in the MSTC website under RBI portal not later than 02:00 PM on November 29, 2023. Tenderers shall submit the tender proposal complete in all respects. The tenderers shall pay as Earnest Money a sum of Rs.39,420/- (Rupees thirty nine thousand four hundred and twenty only). The Technical bids will be opened electronically at 03:00 PM on November 29, 2023. In the event of any date indicated above being declared a Holiday, the next working day shall become operative for the respective purpose mentioned herein. The Financial Bid (Part - II) of only those bidders who are found to be eligible on evaluation of their Part - I documents will be opened.
