1. It is informed that the SEACEN Board of Governors High-Level Conference and Meeting, for which, applications for EMCs have been invited vide the captioned tender, has been rescheduled to February 15 and 16, 2024 instead of December 18 and 19, 2023. Accordingly, the agreement with the company which emerges as L1, shall remain in force till February 20, 2024.

2. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
