Pre-bid meeting for the captioned tender was conducted on December 04, 2023, at 11:00 AM at the Video Conference room of the Main office building. The meeting was conducted both on online and offline mode. List of participants are as indicated below:

(a) List of Bank’s Officials who attended the meeting

(b) List of Contractors’ representatives who attended the meeting

2. Shri Shaji Krishnan K, Assistant General Manager welcomed the participants to the meeting and invited queries, if any, regarding the captioned tender. No queries were raised by the participants.

3. The following points were discussed/explained during the meeting:

a) The vendors were advised to quote the tender after having a site visit and assessment of the area of work.

b) Scaffolding is mandatory for carrying out the works

c) The materials should be as per the approved list of make

d) Heat reflective paints should be as prescribed in the tender

e) The rate for item No. 4 to 10, in schedule of quantities, should be quoted as per the rates arrived using Annexures I to VII, respectively

f) While bidding, the Annexures I to VII, inter alia, should be scanned and uploaded in the MSTC portal.

g) Details of EMD and security deposits viz. Performance Bank Guarantee and Retention Money Deposit

h) The necessary Insurances to be submitted by the successful bidder

i) The location of the site

j) The vendors were advised to initiate bidding well in advance, instead of bidding on the last date, to avoid last minute haste and portal related issues.

k) Issues, if any, faced by the tenderers, at the time of bidding, may be taken up with the following officials of MSTC portal

4. Bidders shall note that, the clarifications, if any, provided by the Bank during the pre-bid meeting along with details indicated in the Tender document shall form the part of the Tender/Contract.
