Cancellation of tender Corrigendum e-Tender No: RBI/Bhubaneswar Regional Office/Estate/9/23-24/ET/193 The Pre-bid meeting for the captioned e-tender was held on December 06, 2023 at 11:00 AM in the VC Room, 2nd floor, RBI, Bhubaneswar, to discuss some clauses of the tender and to clarify queries, if any, raised by the interested vendors/ bidders. Discussions were held among the representatives of the Bank and the Vendors, and clarifications arrived thereof are tabulated below: | S.N. | Subject matter of the discussion/ Queries raised by the interested bidders | Clarification provided by the Bank | | 1. | Queries raised regarding Providing & applying two or more coats of exterior quality 100% acrylic emulsion paint of Asian Paints Apex ultima or approved equivalent make of acrylic emulsion paint. | The prospective bidders were advised that they can use an equivalent make (viz. Berger, JSW, Dulux, Nerolac, etc.) of the acrylic emulsion paint having a minimum useful life of 5 years. | | 2. | Queries raised regarding the use of double scaffolding. | The prospective bidders were advised to refer to the sub-head “Scaffolding” under the head “Technical Specifications” of Part I of the Tender Document.
Further, they were advised that they can use bamboo for building up the double scaffolding. | | 3. | One of the prospective bidder requested to consider the eligibility criteria to 7 years instead of 5 years (Pre-Qualification Criteria) for execution of three or more similar works individually costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost “OR” two works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost “OR” one work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, ending last day of month previous to the one of which applications are invited due to Covid pandemic. | The prospective bidder was advised that if any changes would be made in the Pre-Qualification criteria, the same will be informed to them over the MSTC portal. | 3. Further, bidders were advised to carefully undertake the bidding on the MSTC (version 3) and ensure that they are registered on the MSTC Portal (version 3)/ Website. Bidders were asked to coordinate with MSTC Support Persons and Estate Department Officials if they face any issue while undertaking the bidding for the captioned e-Tender. 4. All the above-mentioned points were noted and agreed by the representative of the firms: -
These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of Bid document/ Agreement. -
Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the Bid document shall continue to remain same. -
The above clarifications are issued for the information of all the intending bidders. -
The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the Bid document and Amendments/ Clarifications given above. GM (O-i-C)
