Reimbursement will be made on the basis of actual consumption subject to verification of bills submitted by contractor. For further information please refer to page 21, and 22 of Tender Document. | 4. | With respect to catering, whether the guest’s food bill amount will be reimbursed by the Bank? | No. The expense for food items consumed by occupants will be borne by the occupant themselves directly. Rate Card for food items may be shared after Work Order is issued to the successful bidder. The same will be approved by the Bank, if rates are mutually agreeable. Please refer to page 20 and 27 of Tender document | 5. | Whether bonus rates to be quoted in the bid? | All the statutory dues whichever is applicable may be entered in MSTC portal and breakup for the same may be uploaded in price bid. Please refer to page 29 of Tender document | 6. | Whether the Bank will revise the monthly remuneration for revision of minimum wages as directed by Ministry of Labour & Employment? | Yes, subject to the request from the contractor and verification of request with notification released by Ministry of Labour & Employment. | 7. | Whether the contractor will be informed in prior about the arrival of guests? | Yes, day-to-day booking will be informed to the contractor by the Bank on daily basis. | 8. | What is the occupancy rate for all the colonies? | The occupancy rate is dynamic in nature and it may vary depending upon number of factors like long weekends, official meetings, etc. | 9. | How long does the Bank take to settle the monthly bills to its contractor? | On an average, the Bank may take seven working days approximately to settle the invoices submitted by the contractor after verification of accuracy and correctness of the same. | 10. | Whether any hard copy documents to be submitted to the Bank for this e-tendering? | No. The entire process should be routed through MSTC portal only. | 11. | Why the number of working days for unskilled labour is 312 days per year whereas for other skilled labour, it is 365 days per year? | For Skilled & semi-skilled labour, reliever policy is applicable and for un-skilled labour, reliever policy is not applicable. Minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of bid document / Agreement. All the terms and conditions and specifications of the bid document shall continue to remain the same.
