Minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting Cum Corrigendum

Please refer to the e-tender no. RBI/Chennai Regional office/Estate/31/23-24/ET/468 for Supply of drugs and medicines to Bank’s Dispensaries at Chennai issued by Central Establishment Section, HRMD, Reserve Bank of India, Chennai on February 01, 2024.

2. In the aforementioned e-tender, an addendum containing adoption of Integrity Pact as per guidelines of Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) is enclosed.

3. In this connection, the intending bidders are advised to submit the duly signed Integrity Pact document as per Annex VIII in addendum and upload the same through MSTC portal along with the other documents.

4. The bidders are advised to submit the bid after considering the above addendum. Please note that this is supplementary to the tender document and will form part of the tender.

5. All the other terms and conditions pertaining to this e-tender will remain unchanged.
