Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting - Deployment of Sniffer Dogs with Handlers at office Premises of Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai

In line with E-tender No - RBI/Mumbai Regional Office/Others/1/23-24/ET/289 dated January 11, 2024, a pre-bid meeting was held on February 07, 2024 at 03.00 PM in New Conference Room, 1st Floor, Mumbai Regional Office.

3. The details of the queries raised by the vendors and the Bank’s clarification/ comments are given below –

1 Whether EMD amount is exempted for MSME It is not exempted for this tender. EMD exemption for companies registered under MSME is applicable only for procurements (goods, services, work contracts) having an estimated cost up to ₹10 Lakh. For this tender the estimated cost of work is ₹67 lakh. Hence, EMD exemption for MSME is not applicable
2 Classification of manpower in minimum wages notification Please refer to minimum wages notification F.No.1/8(3)/2023-LS-II dated 26/09/2023 issued by Chief Labour Commissioner (C), Govt. of India.
3 Number of working days in a week Working days will be 7 days a week. The manpower deployed shall be provided with a weekly off.

4 Whether Bonus is required to be given to the employees The Bonus is required to be paid to the employees.

5 Feedback Reports The tenderers are advised to submit the feedback reports mentioning contact details of the issuing company for verification.
6 What is the period of revision of wages? Within the contract period any revision in Minimum Wages and taxes in between by the Central Government shall be borne by the Contractor.

Also, annual escalation/ increase will be given based on Consumer Price Index and Wholesale Price Index declared by Central Government.

7 Whether documents are to be submitted to the Bank Intending tenderers shall submit their original copies of PQ documents personally/by courier on or before scheduled date and time mentioned in the tender document.

Refer to NIT, Para 6 on page no. 1.

The above mentioned clarifications are issued for information to all the intending tenderers. Minutes of the pre-bid meeting shall form part of the tender. The submission of bid by the tenderer shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and clarifications given above.
