Extension of Last Date of Submission

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of Electrical Maintenance in Staff colony and leased flats at RBI, Jammu.

Special Conditions for the scope of work:

1) Electrical maintenance work (7 working days in a week): Providing services of one experienced licensed Electrician and one semiskilled electrician on daily basis (except one day weekly off with arrangement of reliever at no extra cost to the Bank), there will daily 08 working hours excluding one hour of lunch break to attend day to day electrical complaints lodged in the complaint register kept in the Caretaker's office or at colony gate or via phone, maintaining electrical installations in serviceable, clean and hygienic conditions. The rate shall include the cost of all required tools & plants, all consumables like electric tape, nails, screws, PVC gutties, wooden gutties, wires up to 2.0 m length, etc. to carry out the day to day maintenance as well as preventive maintenance etc. all complete as required at site or as directed by the Bank’s Engineer or any other person deputed by the Bank.

2) Reliever Charges: While quoting the rates under this contract, Contractors are required to include the reliever charges as applicable from time to time to adhere 7 days working in a week.

3) Emergency Works: Workers are obligated to continue working until the completion of emergency tasks.

4) Compensation for Sunday Work: No extra compensation/costs for works performed on Sundays will be given by the Bank. Hence, Section VII, point no: viii will not be applicable.

5) Minimum Wages: The minimum wages plus applicable GST to be adhered to are as follows and Tender will be evaluated accordingly:

i) Minimum wages for Electrician (Skilled) = Rs 832/- per day for 30 days + applicable GST.

ii) Minimum wages for Electrician (Semi- Skilled) = Rs 709/- per day for 30 days + applicable GST.

Rest all the terms and conditions outlined in the Tender Documents shall be remained same.
