Pursuant to Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs Notification No F.No.4(1)- W&M/2004 dated April 7, 2004 and the tender notice issued by you, I/we, the undersigned hereby submit an aggregated bid on behalf of the non-competitive bidders as per the enclosed list in pursuance of the ‘Scheme for Non-competitive Bidding Facility in the Auctions of Government Securities’ at the auction to be held by you on the captioned date as set out below:

1. I/we agree/undertake to immediately collect the letter of acceptance from your office and to deposit the requisite amount at Reserve Bank of India, Fort, Mumbai on the day/time as indicated therein.
2. I/We authorise you to debit my/our Current account maintained with Reserve Bank of India with the requisite amount.

2. I/We have read the terms and conditions for non-competitive bidding contained in the ‘Scheme for Non-competitive Bidding Facility in the Auctions of Government Securities’ for the auction to be held on the captioned date and undertake to abide by them.

1. I/We have not submitted any other non-competitive bid in respect of the same clients for the auction to be held on the captioned date.
2. I/We have enclosed a list containing the details of the non-competitive bidders viz. name, address, bid amount, etc.
