परिशिष्ट ई-निविदा संख्या: RBI/DCM-Central Office Departments/Others/1/25-26/ET/9[Survey on Households Payment]
उपर्युक्त ई-निविदा की अनुसूची के अनुसार, उपर्युक्त सर्वेक्षण हेतु निविदा-पूर्व बैठक 02 अप्रैल, 2025 को निर्धारित समय के अनुसार, सुबहा के 11:30 बजे ऑनलाइन (वेबएक्स के माध्यम) से की गई। इसमें नीचे उल्लिखित दो पैनलबद्ध घरेलू सर्वेक्षण एजेंसियों के प्रतिनिधियों ने भाग लिया:

2. उक्त सर्वेक्षण पर निविदा पूर्व बैठक के लिए मेल के माध्यम से कोई प्रश्न प्राप्त नहीं हुआ। निविदाकारों द्वारा उठाए गए प्रश्न और उस पर बैंक का स्पष्टीकरण इस प्रकार है:

Query - Will the agency be allowed to choose the districts in the mentioned States/ UTs and to select the towns, blocks, villages within the selected district? |
Yes, subject to the fulfilment of conditions as stated in the RFP. |

Query - What is the ratio of respondents of the Target Sample to be selected from rural and urban area? |
As mentioned in the RFP, for each State/ UT (Annex E), the selection of respondents should mandatorily have a 65:35 mix of rural (including semi urban) and urban (including metropolitan) centers, respectively.
It should also be ensured that under rural area coverage the approximately equal number of respondents should be selected from both rural area and semi urban area.
Also in case of urban area coverage, the approximately equal number of respondents should be selected from urban area and metropolitan. |

Query - Are we supposed to cover 15 respondents of buyers and 15 respondents of small retail sellers from each of the 3 states or a total of 15 respondents from all three states combined? |
For pilot survey, the 15 respondents of buyers category and 15 respondents of small retail sellers category should be distributed equally across the three States/ UTs chosen for conducing the pilot survey (Annex E). |

Query - Can we submit the EMD for the captioned tender through NEFT? |
Yes. The bidders can submit the EMD for the captioned tender either through Bank Guarantee (as per Annex C) or through NEFT [in the beneficiary name of Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai in the A/c No. 41869229980 & IFSC code– RBIS0COD001 (the 5th, 9th and 10th character is numerical zero, 7th character is alphabet O)] before the opening of the bids. No interest shall be paid on EMD. |
3. निविदाकारों को सलाह दी गई कि वे अपनी निविदा अंतिम तिथि और निर्धारित समय यानी 15 अप्रैल, 2025 को अपराह्न 3:00 बजे तक प्रस्तुत करें।
नोट: उपरोक्त स्पष्टीकरण वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-2028 के लिए घरेलू सर्वेक्षण हेतु पैनलबद्ध सर्वेक्षण एजेंसियों की जानकारी के लिए जारी किए गए हैं। कृपया ध्यान दें कि यह निविदा दस्तावेज का पूरक है तथा निविदा का भाग होगा।
