1. Protocol & Security Establishment, Mumbai Regional Office, Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai (RBI/Bank) invites E-tenders in two parts (Part I - Technical Bid & Part II – Financial Bid) from FMS Companies/ Firms (Proprietor / Partnership) / Pest Control Agencies for “PROVIDING PEST CONTROL SERVICES AT RESIDENTIAL COLONIES AND OFFICES OF RESERVE BANK OF INDIA, MUMBAI”. The period of contract will be up to March 31, 2025 from September 01, 2024 / date of award of work (issue of the work order) as per laid down contractual obligations. The tender along with the prices shall remain valid initially for a period of 03 months from the date of opening of technical bid. The work is estimated to cost ₹1,09,00,000/- (₹One Crore Nine Lakh only) inclusive of all applicable taxes, cess and any other statutory levy (excluding GST).

2. Online tenders will be available for viewing /download from 11:00 AM on 21/06/2024 from the website www.mstcecommerce.com.

3. A pre-bid meeting (off-line mode) of the intending Tenderers will be held on 18/07/2024 at 03:00 PM.

5. Place, Time and date before which written queries for Pre-bid meeting must be received:

Protocol & Security Establishment, Mumbai Regional Office, Reserve Bank of India, First Floor, Main Building, SBS Road, Fort, Mumbai-400001 by 12:00 noon on or before 16/07/2024.

6. All Pre-Qualification (PQ) papers shall be uploaded on MSTC site. The uploaded documents will be downloaded at the time of opening Part-I of tender for examination by the Bank. Alternatively, those firms who have submitted their Bid in MSTC site and EMD to the Bank should submit their original copies of PQ documents either personally or by courier on or before 30/07/2024 by 12:00 noon at Protocol & Security Establishment, Mumbai Regional Office, Reserve Bank of India, First Floor, Main Building, SBS Road, Fort, Mumbai- 400001.

7. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹2,18,000/- (₹Two Lakh Eighteen Thousand only) may be remitted through NEFT or by furnishing Bank Guarantee in respect of the said amount. The Bank Guarantee (from Scheduled Commercial Bank) submitted towards Earnest Money deposit has to be valid for the validity period of the tender plus additional 60 days. Documentary evidence in support of remittance shall be submitted to the Bank addressed to The Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Protocol and Security Establishment, Mumbai-400 001 so as to reach P&SE Office up to 12:00 noon on 30/07/2024 super scribing as “EMD for ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR PROVIDING PEST CONTROL SERVICES AT RESIDENTIAL COLONIES AND OFFICES OF RESERVE BANK OF INDIA, MUMBAI”.

8. The duly filled in tender documents shall be uploaded on MSTC site. (Date of Starting of online submission of e-tender from 19/07/2024 at 11:00 AM and Date of closing of online submission of e-tender is 30/07/2024 up to 12:00 noon).

9. Part - I of the tenders will be opened on-line at 03:00 PM on 30/07/2024 in the presence of the authorized representative of the Tenderers who choose to be present. Part-II (Financial bid) of the eligible Tenderers shall be opened on a subsequent date which will be intimated to the Tenderers in advance.

10. RBI is not bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to accept either in full or in part any tender. The Bank also reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
