1. This is an open tender enquiry. Sealed tenders are invited from Energy Auditors for conducting Energy Audit in Bank’s office buildings at RBI, Bhopal. The work is estimated to cost ₹75,000/- (including GST) and is to be completed within six weeks.

2. Eligibility: The intending tenderer for conducting Energy Audit should be qualified accredited energy auditor by Bureau of Energy Efficiency. The firm should have the experience of carrying out at least two energy audits in any government/corporate/residential buildings in last 5 years (after May 01, 2019). Documentary evidence in respect of eligibility criteria to be submitted along with Part-I of the tender.

3. The duly filled Tender documents (Techno-commercial) in two separate sealed covers must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to Ms. Rekha Chandanaveli, Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal-462011 latest by 2.00 PM on July 18, 2024. The sealed covers should be superscribed “Tender for Conducting Energy Audit of Bank's Main Office Building, RBI at Bhopal”

4. The tender documents are to be submitted in the quotation/tender box kept at the reception counter of Reserve Bank of India Office, Bhopal.

5. The Part-I of the Tender will be opened on July 18, 2024 at 3:00 PM in the presence of the authorized representatives of the firm.

6. Please note that all the pages of the Tender documents should be signed and stamped by you. All figures should be written clearly in figures and letters. While filling up the Tender documents, please do not use different types of ink, signatures of different persons, overwriting, cutting, corrections, additional noting etc., which may lead to rejection of the Tender Form.

7. The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest price tender and reserves the right to accept any tender in whole or in part or to reject all the tender documents without assigning any reason.
