“Providing and fixing glass doors - having approximate dimensions of 0.90 m x 2.10 m: Providing and fixing swing type, single leafed, glass door shutters having approximate dimensions - 0.90 m x 2.10 m, comprising the following: The door shutters shall be made out of 10 mm thick clear and toughened glass. The shutters shall be fixed in position using stainless steel snap fittings - ‘Enox’ EPF 701, EPF 702 & EPF 712 or 'DORMA EA' snap fittings - PT 10 & PT 20 or approved equivalent with all necessary accessories suitable for 10 mm thick glass panel and provided with stainless steel - floor springs with cover - ‘Enox’ Power Size: #4, EN 004 with cover or 'DORMA BTS 65 Floor spring' with cover or approved equivalent with all necessary accessories and one set (pair) of stainless steel handle - ‘Enox’ Door Handle ESDH 1118 or "DORMA ARCOS A26 Series’ Back to Back handles - A26.500, 398 mm handles with 350 mm c/c of supports' or approved equivalent. Each shutter shall be provided with 01 set of ‘Enox’ Glass Door Lock (Rectangle) with bolt latch - EPF 756 or approved equivalent lock with duplicate keys. The rate shall include machine polishing of all edges to ensure smooth edges, making holes of required diameters to facilitate fixing of fixtures / fittings etc. Providing, erecting, removing and taking away necessary scaffolding and staging if required for the successful execution of the work is also included in the scope of the work. Performance Bank guarantee shall be obtained prior to refunding EMD deposited by the successful tenderer, after the work has been awarded”. | Note: 1.
