Minutes of Pre-bid Meeting

Reserve Bank of India invites sealed quotations for the Non-Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for 810 KVA & 250 KVA DG set with AMF Panel at Reserve Bank of India, Plot No. 16 & 17, IT Park, Dehradun 248013. Quotation Documents can also be collected from Bank’s Office at the above-mentioned address for submission of bid, if required.

2. The captioned work is estimated to cost ₹1.20 lakh (Rupees One Lakh Twenty Thousand only) annually.

3. The period of this contract for this year is from the date of award of work till March 31, 2025. The service annual maintenance contract shall be valid for a further two annual renewals i.e FY 2025-26 & 2026-27 subjected to terms and conditions mentioned in quotation documents.

4. The quotation in sealed cover shall be submitted / dropped in the tender box kept at the Estate Department, RBI Premises not later than 02:00 PM on October 14, 2024 by super scribing “sealed quotations for the Non-Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for 810 KVA & 250 KVA DG set with AMF Panel at Reserve Bank of India, Plot No. 16 & 17, IT Park, Dehradun 248013” The quotation shall be submitted along with proof of EMD deposited (DD/NEFT), all commercial terms and conditions, valid MSE registration certificate in case of EMD exemption and price bid. Bidders are requested to visit the site before quoting their rates.

5. After examination, if any of the Bidder is not found to possess the required eligibility, their tenders will not be considered by the Bank for further processing.

6. The bidder shall pay as Earnest Money a sum of ₹2,400/- (Rupees Twenty-Four hundred only) through NEFT. The EMD of the successful contractor will be held without any interest. The EMDs of non-successful firms will be returned to them after award of contract to successful contractor. The last date of submission EMD is till 12:00 PM on October 14, 2024.

7. The quotation will be opened on October 14, 2024 at 3:15 P.M. in the presence of suppliers who choose to be present.

8. The rate should be valid for 90days from the date of opening of sealed quotation. The Contractor shall advise to write the rates in figure and words both.
