| The Pre-Bid meeting for the captioned tender was held at Conference Hall, 3rd Floor, Estate Department, RBI, Kolkata on October 18, 2024 at 11:00 hrs. 2. The participants of the Pre-Bid meeting is attached as Annex 1. 3. All the participating vendors have requested to accept other makes in addition to the existing makes as provided in the tender. It has been decided that approved equivalent make is also acceptable subject to submission and verification of the submitted documents. 4. All the other queries were clarified by the Bank to the satisfaction of the vendors. 5. The other terms and conditions and specifications of the tender document shall continue to remain the same.
