The pre-bid meeting for the captioned e-tender was held on October 16, 2024 (Wednesday) at 11:00 AM at Estate Cell, BKC.
3. The queries, raised by the participant/s during the meeting vis-à-vis the clarification given by the Bank are given below:

5. | Whether the power source will be available on floor for construction usage? Also, whether it is chargeable or will be provided free of cost? | Power source will be made available to the contractor free of cost. |
6. | Kindly confirm, if there is any restriction for working times at site for any kind of construction activities. | There is no restriction on working hours. However, contractor’s supervision is required. |
7. | Whether toilet is available for labours? | It is available. |
8. | Whether storage space is available on site for material storage | Tenderer has to make arrangement for storage on the floors under renovation. |
9. | Whether service lift is available? Whether there will be any restriction for material / logistics movement? | Material can be lifted through passenger lift or staircase. |
10. | Whether labour cess will be in Client Scope? | Labour cess shall be in the scope of contractor. |
