Tender No. RBI/Panaji REGIONAL OFFICE/HRMD/2/24-25/ET/538 The Pre-Bid Meeting for the captioned tender was held on November 18, 2024 at 11:30 AM at RBI Panaji Regional Office. The meeting was attended by representatives of three pharmacies. The list of officials from RBI Panaji and the representatives of the pharmacies, who participated in the meeting, is enclosed in the Annexure to this document. 2. The meeting commenced with a brief introduction of the e-tender, scope of work, eligibility criteria, etc by RBI officials. Thereafter, following queries were raised by the representatives of the pharmacies, which were clarified by RBI: | Sr. No. | Query | Clarification by the Bank | | 1. | Please clarify whether sales tax registration is required? | Sales tax registration is not required. However, GST registration certificate is required. | | 2. | What is the applicability of best price in the tender document? | Please refer to Para 3(II) of Section V on page No. 23 of the Tender Document. | | 3. | Whether the Performance Bank Guarantee will be divided in case the supply order is given proportionately to more than one bidder offering the same discount as H1? | Yes, Performance Bank Guarantee of ₹2 lakh (i.e., 10% of the value of annual purchase contract) will be divided equally among all such successful bidders. | Note: These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of the tender document / Agreement. Rest of the Terms and conditions and specifications of tender document shall continue to remain same. The above clarifications are issued for the information of all the intending bidders.
