Total-2 (Two) firms participated in the Pre-bid meeting. List of participants given in Annex-1. 2. DGM (Tech) in his inaugural address welcomed the representatives of the firms and briefed the forum about the captioned work. The Bank Officials also explained various aspects of the tender which needs to be taken care by all the intended bidders during submission of their bids. Thereafter, all the doubts / queries of the firms were discussed in detail. 3.
