Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting Reserve Bank of India, Ahmedabad invites e-tenders under Two Bid system (Techno-Commercial & Price Bid) from eligible tenderers for “Annual Contract for door-step delivery of medicines on credit slips (to Bank’s Dispensaries and Retired/ Serving employees/ eligible dependents) in Gujarat and Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu (hereinafter the term ‘Gujarat’ shall include ‘Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu’ for the purpose of this tender)” for a period of twelve months i.e., from April 01, 2025 to March 31, 2026. The estimated procurement value during the contract period through credit slips is ₹1.65 Crore (Rupees One Crore Sixty-five Lakhs only). The tender will be available for viewing/ download from April 11, 2025 (11:00 am) to April 28, 2025 (11:00 am) on the Bank’s website: www.rbi.org.in and MSTC website https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn. The tenderer should upload duly completed applications along with necessary enclosures (as instructed in Annex VII of tender document) on MSTC website. Tenderers shall submit tender proposal along with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹3,30,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Thirty Thousand Only) as prescribed in the tender. The techno-commercial bid (Part I) will be opened electronically on April 28, 2025 (12:00 pm) at RBI, Ahmedabad. Price bid of only those tenderers, who are found to be eligible on evaluation of their documents will be opened on a later date, after intimating the eligible tenderers. Any amendment (s)/ corrigendum/ clarifications with respect to this tender shall be uploaded on the bank’s website/ e-portal (MSTC) only. The tenderer should regularly check RBI website/ e-portal for any amendment(s)/ corrigendum/ clarifications and submit the bid after verification of the same.
