Extension of Last Date for Submission Event No. - RBI/Nagpur Regional Office/Others/1/25-26/ET/150 The pre-bid meeting of the captioned e-Tender was held on June 10, 2025, at 11:00 AM. The meeting was conducted offline at Bank’s premises and was attended by six prospective bidders. Shri M V Pendharkar, AGM, CES presided over the meeting. The list of participants is given in Annex. 2. At the outset, the AGM welcomed the participants and briefly explained the various aspects of the tender process and Bank’s requirements. The participants were advised to go through the tender document thoroughly before submitting the tender online and to comply with the guidelines and terms and conditions mentioned therein. The bidders were also requested not to wait till the last date for submitting the technical bids and price bids to avoid any last-minute glitches. Thereafter, he invited queries from the prospective bidders. 3. The major queries put forth by the prospective bidders and the clarification provided are tabulated below: Sl. No. | Queries | Clarification | 1. | If the prescribed medicine is not available with the bidder, what should be done? | The chemist should communicate the same to the Bank’s dispensary and may provide the details of the substitute medicine, if available. The bidder may supply the substitute/alternative medicine only after the approval of the Bank. | 2. | The list of medicines which are generally prescribed by the BMCs of the Banks? | The tentative list of the medicines which are generally prescribed by the BMCs of the Bank will be shared with the successful bidder/s. | 3 | Is there any requirement of experience of the chemist with RBI? | There is no such requirement. | 4 | What if H2 refuses to match the discount of H1. | Bidders will be given opportunity to match H1 rate in the order H2, H3 and then H4 etc. for awarding the work. If none of the bidders agree to match the rate offered by H1, then the entire work will be awarded to the H1 bidder. | 4. The above clarifications are issued for the information of intending bidders. Minutes of the pre-bid meeting shall form part of the tender document / agreement. All the terms and conditions and specifications of the tender document and corrigendum issued, if any, shall continue to remain the same. Submission of bids shall be construed to be in conformity with the bid document and the above clarifications. 5. The meeting concluded with vote of thanks to the Chair.
