Further, it is clarified that, the Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) having Udyam Registration Number (Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum Number), irrespective of the category, shall be exempted from the requirement of submission of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD). However, a copy of Udyam Aadhaar shall be invariably submitted to us through email at estatekolkata@rbi.org.in or physically at Estate Department, RBI, Kolkata on or before August 13, 2025. 5.
