An offline Pre-bid meeting on the captioned subject was held at Meeting Room, 21st floor, COB, RBI on January 07, 2026 (Wednesday) at 1500 Hrs.

The queries from the participating insurers, and the clarifications/comments given by the Bank are given below:

1 Clarity was sought on the countries visited by employees of the Bank as this information would facilitate an informed assessment based on geopolitical situation. Bidders may base their risk assessment on the actual travel patterns of employees of the Bank over the past three years, data for which will be shared post submission of Non-Disclosure Agreement.
2 The details indicating the nature of claims during the previous policy periods was sought. The claims related data indicating the nature of claims for the previous 3 Financial Years will be furnished upon submission of Non-Disclosure Agreement.

The intending participants were advised that no deviation in RFP terms and conditions will be accepted by the Bank and all bids have to strictly adhere to conditions mentioned in the RFP.

The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks to the participants.
