Following a brief introduction by the Bank regarding the eTender, some queries were raised by the empanelled chemists, which were then clarified by the Bank. The total number of credit slips issued for FY 2025-26 as on January 31, 2026 is around 3664. | | 3. | What is the delivery schedule for the medicines in case of supply in Kanpur Nagar, Kanpur District and Outstation Supplies? | The timeline for the delivery of medicines in Kanpur Nagar, Kanpur District and Outstation supplies are T+1, T+2 and T+3 days respectively. | | 4. | What is the provision for MSTC charges that are being paid by the vendors? | The Charges applicable as per the terms and conditions of MSTC in the said tender are to be completely borne by the applicant (bidder). | | 5. | What would be the proportion of medicine requirements for supply in dispensaries and through credit slips? | Proportion of supply of medicines between home delivery and direct delivery to dispensary will be decided by the Bank as per requirement and availability of medicines in the dispensary. | | 6. | What is the total procurement of medicines undertaken in the current financial year till date? | As on date, the Bank has purchased medicines amounting to Rs 3.53 Crore (approximately) pertaining to the current financial year. | 3. Furthermore, tenderers are advised to place bids through MSTC in time so that in case of any technical issue, they can contact MSTC personnel to address said issue within the tender closing time. 4.
