Extension of Last Date of Submission

Reserve Bank of India, Guwahati Regional Office (hereinafter called “the Bank”), invites E-tenders under Two – Bid system (Technical & Financial Bid) from reputed and experienced transport contractors (with at least 5 years’ experience) for Sufficient number of fully covered container trucks/vehicles having metallic body of sufficient thickness preferably bullet / temper proof with the secure temper proof double locking arrangements, enabled with Global Positioning System (GPS) for the transportation of banknotes packed in boxes and coin bags within north eastern states from July 01, 2019 to June 30, 2020. The agreement shall be for a period of one year (July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020) and annually extendable up to two more years subject to mutual consent of both the parties and based on the performance of the service provider/s.

For the above contract, the tenderers should submit their proposal, as per the important instructions regarding E-Tender, along with all supporting documents complete in all respects on or before June 14, 2019 up to 12.00 p.m. Tenderers shall submit tender proposal along with refundable EMD of ₹ 1,00,000/-, complete in all respect as per the prescribed format. The technical bids will be opened electronically on June 17, 2019 at 11.00 am and financial bid on June 18, 2019 at 11:00 am. In the event of any date indicated above being declared a Holiday, the next working day shall become operative for the respective purpose mentioned herein.
