Minutes of Pre-bid Meeting (e-Tender No.- RBI/Ranchi/Estate/100/22-23/ET/165) Reserve Bank of India, Ranchi Office, (hereinafter called “the Bank”), invites E-tenders from eligible CA firms (as defined in the tender document), under Two-Bid system (Technical & Financial Bid) for the Appointment of Concurrent Auditors for Reserve Bank of India, Ranchi Office. The appointment of the Concurrent Auditors (CAs) will be for a period of one year initially i.e. from October 01, 2022 to September 30, 2023. Subsequently the same will be renewed for second and third year on the same terms and conditions, subject to satisfactory assessment in the annual review of the CA’s performance by the office. The Tender process will be executed through the e-Tendering portal of MSTC Ltd. (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi). Interested tenderers must register themselves with MSTC Ltd. through the aforementioned website to participate in the tendering process. The last date for submission of e-tender on MSTC portal (www.mstcecommerce.com) is July 27, 2022 till 11:00 am. The Part-I (Technical Bid) of the e-tender will be opened electronically on July 27, 2022 at 3:00 pm. In the event of any date indicated above being declared a Holiday, the next working day shall become operative for the respective purpose mentioned herein. The Bank shall have the right to cancel, modify the Tender and extend the deadline for submission of Tender. Further, the Bank reserves the right to accept any Tender, either in full or in part and to reject any or all the Tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
