Only one vendor attended the captioned meeting and the following queries have been raised by the vendor on the tender documents. | S.N. | Subject matter of the discussion/ Queries raised by the interested bidders | Clarification provided by the Bank | | 1. | Queries raised regarding the foundation for installing 50 KVA DG Set. | The prospective bidder was advised that the arrangement for foundation will be done by Bank. | | 2. | Queries raised regarding whether the control panel is automatic or manual. | The prospective bidder was advised to refer the tender specifications and BOQ. The control panel shall be manual only. | 3. Further, the bidder was advised to carefully undertake the bidding on the MSTC (version 3) and ensure that it is registered on the MSTC Portal (version 3)/ Website. The vendor was asked to coordinate with MSTC Support Persons and Estate Department Officials if he faces any issue while undertaking the bidding for the captioned e-Tender. 4. All the above-mentioned points were noted and agreed by the representative of the firm: -
These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of Bid document/ Agreement. -
Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the Bid document shall continue to remain same. -
The above clarifications are issued for the information for all the intending bidders. -
