GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Public libraries and academic/educational institutions in India may get the copies of the Bulletin at concessional rate of subscription of Rs.500 per annum. The concessional subscription rate is also available to full-time teachers in economics, statistics, commerce and business management in universities and colleges provided the request is forwarded through the head of the institution every year.
2. Subscribers are enrolled on a calender year basis only (i.e. January to December ).
3. Publications once sold will not be taken back.
4. Publications will not be supplied on a consignment VPP basis.
5. A discount of 20 per cent will be allowed to booksellers on the official price of all the publications excepting the R.B.I. Bulletin, Weekly Statistical Supplement, Reserve Bank of India Occasional Papers, Facilities for Investment  by Non Resident Indians and Banking Statistics Quarterly Handout.
6. Ordinary postal charges for sending the publications to the booksellers within India will be borne by the Bank. For safe delivery registered book post charges will be charged additionally.
7. The publications of the Reserve Bank of India in this list may be had from the Director, Division of Reports, Reviews and Publications, Sales Section, Department of Economic Analysis and Policy, Reserve Bank of India, Amar Building, Ground Floor, Sir.P.M. 10. Every endeavour will be made to despatch publications expeditiously. However, in case of rush of orders, these would be executed on a first come first served basis.
11. Minimum one month's period will be required to complete formalities and then to despatch the available publication.
12. Complaints regarding 'non-receipt of publication' may be sent within 2 months' period.
13. To ensure safe delivery, we charge extra Rs. 11 for Registered Book Post.
