6. Recovery of loans for 2002-03, 2003-04 and 2004-05 includes receipts from states under Debt Swap Scheme amounting to ₹13766 Crore, ₹46211 Crore and ₹43675 Crore respectively.
7. Total Capital Receipts excludes Draw-Down of Cash balances.
8. Disinvestment receipts refer to miscellaneous capital receipts of the government.
