3. ADMISSION LETTERS FOR PHASE-II EXAMINATION:

The Admission Letter to candidates shortlisted for the Phase-II written examination (duly indicating, date, time, venue and new roll number for the examination) shall be sent in due course only by e-mail at the e-mail address registered/furnished by the candidates in ON-LINE application. In case, any admitted candidate does not receive his/her Admission Letter through e-mail, he/she may contact in-charge of the RBI Office, situated at the examination centre indicated (for Phase-II) in the ON-LINE application form, during office hours on any working day, four days before the exam, alongwith a valid identity proof and a passport sized signed photograph, for necessary guidance. Failure to comply with the above instructions will deprive the candidate of any claim for consideration.

Cautionary Note: Change of Roll Numbers for Phase-II and Interview (for Final Selection):

The candidates shortlisted for the Phase-II examination shall be allotted new Roll Numbers for further recruitment process. It may be noted carefully that the new Roll numbers will be different from their Phase-I examination.

SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates shortlisted for Phase-II examination, who are interested in availing pre-examination training may immediately apply to the concerned RBI Nodal Offices i.e.16, Fort Glacis, Rajaji Salai, Chennai-600001 (email) for South Zone; Plot No.-3, Sector-10, H H Nirmala Devi Marg, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai-400614 (email) for West Zone; 15, Netaji Subhash Road, Kolkata-700001 (email) for East Zone and 6, Sansad Marg, New Delhi-110001 (email) for North Zone for pre-examination training.
