Kindly clarify whether the Medical Insurance Policy is to be treated as reimbursable. Further, please clarify whether the Medical Insurance Policy is to be obtained for the worker only or inclusive of his/her family members, along with the coverage amount of such policy. | Provision for medical insurance policy shall be considered in service charges part of financial bid of the contract. Required coverage amount is as per Clause H -Insurance Clause on page 27 of the tender document. | | 4 | In case Medical Insurance Policy reimbursement is applicable, please also clarify its reimbursement inclusive of Contractor’s Profit and GST separately by the Bank on such reimbursable components. | | 5 | Please clarify whether Workman Compensation Policy or Third-Party Policy or Accidental Policy (for each staff) is required. Also, if accidental Policy is required kindly clarify the amount of such policy required for each staff. | Required coverage amount is as per Clause H -Insurance Clause on page 27 of the tender document. | | 6 | Please clarify the quantity and size of the plants replaced monthly, so that, we can consider the cost of the same accordingly in our rates. | The contractor shall provide for 50 plants per quarter as per detailed scope of work (page no 51). | | 7 | We request your good-self to consider Extra Manpower for clear the wild growth & weeds during rainy season and revised the Section VII Page 64, accordingly please. | Clearing the weeds and wild growth as per scope of work shall be carried out in day-to-day operations. | | 8 | For Gardener (Skilled Staff), in place of the Diploma requirement, kindly consider prescribing 5 years’ experience, as the Diploma in Horticulture is generally not available and is typically applicable to Supervisor / Highly Skilled categories. | Qualification of Gardener shall be as stated in “WORK DESCRIPTION” on page 56 of tender document. | | 9 | In this clause, duties are specified for 7 days a week. However, at Section VII, Page No. 64, the rates appear to have been derived considering 6 days. Kindly clarify whether deployment is required for 6 days or 7 days. In case 7-day deployment is required, you are requested to kindly amend the Section VII, Page No. 64 accordingly, including suitable modifications to the clauses referred at Sl. Nos. 1 and 4 of this letter. | The manpower requirement is stated under Clause D on page No. 58 of the tender document which is inclusive of reliever on holidays.
