RBI/Chandigarh Regional Office/Estate/2/26-27/ET/6 Pre-bid meeting of the captioned tender was held at 11:00 AM on April 30, 2026 in Estate Department, RBI Chandigarh. No firm / tenderer / representative of any firm attended the said meeting at the scheduled date and time. However, few queries were received through email on which Bank’s remarks are tabulated below: | S. Prospective bidders are advised to abide by the technical specifications stipulated in the tender on this matter. | 2. These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of bid document. 3. All other terms and conditions of the tender shall remain same. 4. The above clarification is issued for the information of all the intending bidders. 5. The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and amendments/clarifications given above. |
